You will receive your order in approximately 3-6 days from when you place your order.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. The courier, UPS, delivers Monday to Friday during working hours. Please note that orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and on national holidays. Make sure you enter an address where there is someone to accept the parcel at delivery.
If you choose to ship to a work address, please make sure you specify the name on the doorbell or the company information in C/O field. We'll send you the Tracking Number for your parcel so you may follow the progress in real time. If you're registered, you can find the tracking details also in the My Orders section. In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the UPS website.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact UPS to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
If you do not contact UPS or do not collect the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted by the Customer Services Department to see if you want the package to be delivered again or if you would like a refund.
You are currently on the United States website. We ship to the Continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you wish to change country, you can choose a different Country from the footer of the website. Remember to select the Country according to where you want the order delivered - consider that if you are ordering a gift, you should select the Country where the receiver is living.
We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, postal services or Military bases.
